President’s Education Fund
The President’s Education Fund for Exempt Staff exists to support exempt staff with the cost of degree and certificate seeking tuition, related course materials, and other professional development opportunities.
Tuition Assistance
The Office of the President has allocated $20,000 to assist exempt staff with the cost of certificate, program, or degree tuition during the 2024-25 academic year.
To be considered, please complete this application (https://forms.gle/6jNzjEVHHAqvs7bZ6). The priority deadline for application is August 30, 2024. Applicants who submit their application by the priority deadline will be notified the week of September 2nd as to their application status. Awardees are eligible to receive up to $1,500 for the academic year.
If awarded, funds will be distributed via the college’s reimbursement process (Expense Reports) via ctcLink. Tuition reimbursements will be distributed following proof of successful completion of your course.
Conference Support
$10,000 has been allocated to assist with conference attendance during the 2024-25 academic year. More information on how to apply for these funds will be available soon.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All reimbursement requests must be processed prior to the close of the fiscal year. Requests received after June 15, 2024 will not be eligible for reimbursement. It is the responsibility of the award recipient to submit their reimbursement request, including all applicable documentation, to the Office of the President in advance of the deadline. Exceptions to this deadline will not be made.
